Finding Your NI Massive Serial Number
The location of your NI Massive serial number depends on how you purchased the product. Here are some common scenarios:
If you bought NI Massive as a standalone product in a box, you will find a registration card inside the box with your serial number printed on it. You can also find a barcode sticker on the outside of the box with a 14-digit number that can be used to reference your serial number.
If you bought NI Massive as part of a bundle in a box, such as KOMPLETE or MASCHINE, you will find a registration card inside the box with your serial number printed on it. You can also find a barcode sticker on the outside of the box with a 14-digit number that can be used to reference your serial number.
If you bought NI Massive as part of a bundle as a download, such as KOMPLETE or MASCHINE, your serial number will be automatically added to your NI User Account after you register your hardware with Native Access. You can log into your account here and find your serial number under the Products tab.

Registering Your NI Massive Serial Number
Once you have located your NI Massive serial number, you need to register it with Native Access to activate your product and access its downloads and updates. Here are the steps to do so:
Download and install Native Access from here if you haven't already.
Launch Native Access and log in with your NI User Account credentials.
Click on the Add a serial button in the top left corner.
Enter your NI Massive serial number in the field and click Add serial.
Native Access will then scan for available downloads and updates for your product. You can choose to install them right away or later.
You can also manage your installed products, updates, and preferences in Native Access.
